Challenge

This project took place on a front porch block slab of an Issaquah home. The slab was approximately 20' long and 6' wide. The outer edge was dropping due to water emitting right next to the porch and undermining the footing. The slab cracked about 10' back from that settled corner and we were able to inject PolyLevel into the void below the slab to get a proper lift. We then sealed all cracks with a polyurethane sealer for both cosmetic purposes as well as to keep water out.

Solution

Poly concrete was injected to lessen the large 3" wide crack. We were also able to raise the concrete almost 2" in areas and level out the slab.
