Challenge
The corner of this home in Seattle had settled 3.5” due to poor soil conditions. The client called us to lift and stabilize the corner of the home. Our goal was to make sure the customer was happy and find a permanent solution to their issue.
Solution
Our crew installed a total of 8, 3” push piers on all foundation cracks. Our crew excavated 6’ deep by hand to make sure that the piers had stable and compact soil beneath to provide enough support. As a result of all the hard work the foundation was lifted 3” and is now plum and within ½” of being perfectly level.
