February of 2022 Matvey installed a basement tile drain system at my home in West Seattle. I did not originally provide a review because my review would have been negative. Alot of mistakes were made which caused additional delays etc. However, Matvey has gone out of their way to make those issues right. I want to call out a few individuals: 1) Zack was a fantastic sales representative and it is because of him that the work was ultimately completed to a high standard. 2) Donnie was the fix-it guy. He came in and fixed all the issues. And his quality of work is outstanding. and I want to thank 3) Anthony - what a tremendous asset Anthony is to this company. Anthony came out to fix a faulty sump pump. It was apparent Anthony had alot of experience. His comments within the first 30 seconds of his visit indicated that he was very good at his role. He recognized an issue right away. Then he went above and beyond to upgrade my system and his work is top notch - clean, thorough, and efficient. He was also very informative and knowledgabe providing excellent customer service. I would have provided 5 stars due to these 3 individuals but due to the issues during install I provided 4 stars.

My experience with Matvey was great. They responded in a reasonable timeframe, gave me a good understanding of what needed to be done and scheduled the repair in a good timeframe. Due to a schedule change, they were able to come early for the repairs and even managed to fit in the crack repair on a clear day (all weeks before the original scheduled date). They did a great job, and cleaned everything very nicely, while keeping me informed at each step.

I needed various slabs in two patios leveled so furniture sat flat and water didn’t puddle and run off to the drains. They did a great job. I couldn’t be happier. And they arrived on time and left the works areas perfectly clean. You’d never know I had any work done.

I had a very professional experience dealing with everyone on your team. I left my name and phone number initially. A lady returned my call within a few days to set up an appointment. I had multiple emails as reminders for my scheduled appointment. Once the estimator arrived I showed him my concerns about settling on my patio. He recommended a stabilization procedure rather than attempting to lift it. I appreciate his knowledge and presentation. The technician who did the work was a delightful young man who thoroughly enjoyed his job. The entire process was truly a 5-star experience. I would highly recommend Matvey Foundation Repair.

I was referred to Matvey by a family friend. Although the Matvey bid was more expensive than the other company I had quote the job, the family friend is very particular so I figured the extra money was worth it, and I was right. We have a 20 foot exposed aggregate concrete walkway to our home. Over the years, some cracks appeared and portions of the walkway were sliding away from the house. Matvey came out to provide an estimate. The salesperson was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Getting on the schedule was not terribly difficult, considering the global pandemic that is/was happening at the time. The workers came out and we discussed the project before they began the work. They did a great job and the attention to details very impressive. I would definitely hire Matvey again. They may not be the least expensive option, but you get what you pay for and now I have a 25 year warranty on their work. As a homeowner with a home built in 1978, there is no shortage of home projects and I’m thrilled that I can check this off my TO-DO list. Every time I walk on the pathway I think how nice it looks!
