PolyLevel Injection on Walkway in Bellevue, WA

These clients in Bellevue were really bothered by the uneven concrete slab that leads to their front door. It was badly uneven and they were worried about guests possibly tripping because of the large step up it was creating. Our crew was able to make a series of non-invasive PolyLevel injections to even out the slab and remove the tripping hazard. The homeowners can now enjoy their walkway without worrying about people tripping!

Push Piers Installation in Renton, WA

This building in Renton had several structural problems so the owners gave us a call to get an expert opinion on the issues. We determined that the soil around the building was eroding and that a push pier installation would be the best option to stabilize the foundation. The building owners were glad we were able to solve the issue so efficiently and now have peace of mind!

Concrete Lifting & Leveling in Bothell, WA

This customer in Bothell was concern about the entry way of their home because it had sunk and needed leveling. When our crew arrived they wasted no time preparing the slab for PolyLevel injections to lift it back to the desired height. The homeowner said the results were even better than he expected!

Foundation Repair in Mercer Island, WA

These homeowners in Mercer Island had a deck that was sagging and they couldn't figure out why. Once on site, our crew was easily able to identify the problem which was a lack of lateral stability in the foundation. Our crew was able to install helical deck piles beneath the wood beams to provide additional stability and ensure they could support the weight of the deck. The homeowners were impressed by our expertise and appreciated our customer service!

Concrete Lifting & Leveling on Patio in Mercer Island, WA

This homeowner in Mercer Island had a great patio but it had several issues. The slab was sitting on a couple of big rocks and soil around them had completely washed out creating 5" to 12" gaps under the slab. Before attempting the PolyLevel injection we used direct spray foam from the sides to fill all the voids. The crew then drilled a total of 6 holes in the slab and then began injecting the PolyLevel. All excess foam was then cut with a saw to give the patio a finished look. The homeowner is so happy that they can use their patio once again without having to worry about the concrete issues.
