Challenge
The front entrance of this home had stamped concrete that had settled about 1.5", the size is about 4' x 5' concrete slab. Due to the settling, the front porch had settled away from the house due to the non-compacted soil during construction.
Solution
The porch is connected to the walkway, so the walkway had to be lifted together with the porch. The complete lift was done by drilling 5 holes on the top of the porch and 2 holes on the first step. Our crew injected foam in sequence with the porch and walkway, they were lifted evenly without cracks and damage to the surroundings. The customer was very pleased with the results!
