Concrete Lifting in Snohomish, WA

Challenge

Due to poor drainage, the porch settled 2 1/2″- 3″ pulling the post and walkway with it.

Solution

Poly concrete foam was injected in seven strategic places, we were able to lift the porch back to its original position, lifting post and walkway along with it. 

After the lift was complete, the voids that were created during the lift under the porch and walkway were filled with the foam to make it as stable as possible.
