Deck Foundation Repair in Sammamish, WA

Challenge

Matvey Foundation Repair was called out to this Sammamish home due to settlement problems taking place in the garage area as well as the rear of the structure. Upon further review of the areas of concern, drainage problems were evident and were identified as the source of the settlement issues.

Solution

Our crew installed 12 3′ push piers at depths of 20 feet to correct foundation settlement. The Matvey crew removed and replaced deck boards as needed to place push piers in the areas to be corrected. Drainage was then routed away from the foundation. We were able to complete the project with a 3″ lift and at 100% level. The customer was given a full detailed report and a limited lifetime warranty.
