Poly Injection Lift and Level in Issaquah, WA

Challenge

This project took place on a front porch block slab of an Issaquah home. The slab was approximately 20′ long and 6′ wide. The outer edge was dropping due to water emitting right next to the porch and undermining the footing. The slab cracked about 10′ back from that settled corner. 

Solution

We were able to inject polyurethane foam into the void below the slab to get a proper lift. We were able to raise the concrete almost 2″ in area and level out the slab. We then sealed all cracks with a polyurethane sealer for both cosmetic purposes as well as to keep water out.
