Concrete Lifting & Leveling on Patio in Mercer Island, WA

This homeowner in Mercer Island had a great patio but it had several issues. The slab was sitting on a couple of big rocks and soil around them had completely washed out creating 5″ to 12″ gaps under the slab. Before attempting the poly injection we used direct spray foam from the sides to fill all the voids. The crew then drilled a total of 6 holes in the slab and then began injecting the poly. All excess foam was then cut with a saw to give the patio a finished look. The homeowner is so happy that they can use their patio once again without having to worry about the concrete issues.
