In the middle of replacing some failed siding, we realized that the settling of the porch caused a lot of the damage. We wanted a second bid and I called after hearing an ad for Matvey on the radio. Even in providing the bid, they were very responsive and professional, so we were thrilled they were also low bid. As with most things of this nature, not everything was as it seemed. But Matvey stood unwaveringly behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. We agreed on a resolution and the job was completed with never even a hint of a change order. I've worked in commercial property management for 24 years, so I've had a lot of experience working with contractors. I highly recommend Matvey's work and professionalism.
The consultation on the phone with Mr. Matvey was a nice surprise when I first dialed in to verify the number.
