AquaStop™ Basement Sump Pump Systems

A worker installing an AquaStopâ„¢ Basement Sump Pump Systems.

Water in the basement is a bigger problem than most Seattle homeowners think. It’s the most common cause of mold, pest infestations, and foundational damage in homes across Western Washington state.

A sump pump is a core component of any basement waterproofing solution. However, not all sump pumps are made to last, and most will eventually fail.

The AquaStop™ Sump Pump System stands out from all other sump pump systems with its cast iron pumps and multiple protection levels. Homeowners across Seattle & Western Washington investment invest in our system and love the results.

What Is the AquaStop™ Sump Pump System?

The AquaStop™ Sump Pump System from Matvey Foundation Repair collects water from an interior drainage system and redirects it from your home’s foundation, preventing basement flooding and structural damage. For the best results, we install this product at the lowest point of your basement.

Our sump pump system has a sump liner, airtight lid, water lid, and premium cast iron pumps that ensure optimal performance. With regular maintenance, this product keeps your basement dry and safe.

Is a Sump Pump Necessary?

AquaStopâ„¢ Sump Pump System for basement waterproofing

Without a good sump pump, water accumulates in your basement and causes serious problems. The AquaStop™ Sump Pump System safeguards your basement from water intrusion, ensuring a safer and more comfortable living environment.

We recommend other basement waterproofing solutions, such as dehumidifiers, interior drainage, and vapor barriers, for even more protection against water damage.

Sump Pump FAQs

Through our maintenance program, we inspect your AquaStop™ Sump Pump System once a year. During this inspection, our team cleans your sump pump, changes the alarm batteries, cycles and flushes the system, and more.

We recommend having a dedicated circuit for a sump pump to prevent overloading and tripping. However, this isn’t always required. Our team will provide more information after inspecting your basement.

It depends on various factors. We’ll give you a price estimate during your free inspection.
