JOB DUTIES

  • Scheduling and providing support to crews
  • Communicating with customers
  • Maintain customer records and keep database current
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
  • Provide customers with a remarkable experience

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

  • Highly organized
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal skills
  • Russsian proficiency preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
