Methodical, well organized. Meticulous. Protected the surrounding area, careful removal of rotted structural post, improved footing and installed new post while maintaining stability of house. What most impressed me about your crew was there 'passion' for what they were doing and doing the job right. They readily explained what they were doing and why, they invited me out to inspect their form and rebar work and how they would set the post - clearly they have pride and passion for what their doing - for me it was a 'Wow Moment' - really great very capable guys.

While redoing our basement flooring we encountered two problems: a hole in our concrete slab and foundation issues. Matvey was out very quickly to look at the issues and within 2 days (over the weekend) came back with a quote and detailed scope of work. All the other companies we contacted took longer than a week, with one saying (Ramjack) that they would not bid on the job. We went with Matvey and on the day of the leveling repair, the wrong truck was sent due to a misunderstanding of how large the road leading up to our house was. When we told the office manager how tight our deadlines were to get this part of the repair done, she worked a miracle for us and got a smaller truck out two days later--this was between Christmas and Thanksgiving. We cannot thank you enough--the repairs were done per the scope of work, the installation crew worked quietly and quickly, and the area they worked in was cleaner than it was before. I would recommend Matvey to anyone dealing with foundation issues.
Quick response time.
One area missed. Kept there word and came back as promised to complete the job.
Yuri and Andre were polite, informative, and, professional. They worked quickly and efficiently to install push piers to stabilize our foundation and fireplace. Their clean up efforts left the flower beds ready to plant. Thanks guys!
