This residential structure was located in Snoqualmie Pass, WA. An engineer and inspector met with the future buyer of the home. The engineer noticed cracking along the front of the garage walls, the outer beams had settled, as well as settlement along back garage stem wall. Poor soil conditions were due to excessive moisture from snow melt off.

To stabilize the settling areas, Matvey Foundation Repair supplied the clients home with the help of a structural repair design. 16 push piers were installed to a depth of 12’ to stabilize the structure and 6 stabilizers were used to support areas in the crawlspace that had gaps of 2”+ between supports and girders. The entire installation process was monitored and documented. The home buyer was very thankful for your work and can't wait to move into their home.
